Outside 7 Holyrood Rd, Northampton NN5 7AH and 4 Holyrood Rd, Northampton NN5 7AH The owners of these properties, especially number 7 have been using cones to "save" a car parking space on the public highway. They leave them in the road all the time and it looks like we have road works when we don't. This is an obstruction on the public road. Please can these be removed.
