Sent to Cherwell District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 823906.

There is a nice pond under here somewhere. unfortunately its being used as a dumping ground and is very overgrown with damaged fencing around it. The local school have tried to contact the town council and Cherwell DC to find out who it belongs to with regard to tidying it up and taking over responsibility for it to aid children's outdoor learning but no one accepts that they own it and have now referred to OCC .
