Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8238612.
Already reported under ref. 8138827 on 08/09/2025 but closed - please keep job open until it's been resolved - currently sat with BWC (68bf3657ab0e44773ce5b752).
Clearance requires Hiab due to weight and quantity - on the road opposite the bowl club.
Items have since been added to it so now includes: pallets, bags of builders rubbish, an old child seat, roll of carpet, a office chair and traffic cones etc.

Reducing levels of fly tipping is important so please share any evidence of who is doing it with the council.
