Car vandalism on residents car in resident only parking areas

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8237971.

Car was vandalised with spray paint message of 'no parking' when parked in marked space, not obstructing any other road users in the resident only carpark for people living in Garriochmill road/North woodside road. Car belongs to a resident of the block so has authority to park there. No witnesses to the vandalism. Be aware if you are using this carpark.
