Blocked pavement

Despite numerous reports the pavement outside of the shop is being used to display goods. Encroaching on and reducing public pavement. Also goods are placed beyond shops boundary increasing the trading area of the shop without paying extra business rates. Pedestrians have limited access due to traders being allowed to encroach onto the public walkway
