Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8236748.

There are overflowing bins and bags full of rubbish on the pavement and around the green area which has not been cleared for weeks and it is increasing everyday. Can the bin get cleared and removed from the road and placed it back in its allocated space. URGENT ATTENTION NEEDED.
