Driveway installers blocking pavement again

Sent to Solihull Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8236638.

Moordown Ave nearside on descent of road. Pavement blocked by bricks , building materials and vehicle by the same company that did the same in Barrington rd last week, when will the council do something to stop this. Do they have permission to do this? Where is tgr signage and alternative diverted pedestrian pathway?
