Horribly uneven road surface.

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8236133.

The road surface jumps up quickly. I have bottomed out on this bump in both my car and my motorcycle, which has caused some significant back pain and discomfort. There is also now a knocking sound on my car, and my number plate on my bike snapped.
