No street weeding for months

We haven’t had anyone weed the top of Auckland Hill for some months now. I’ve noticed people do come to the street, but they work at the bottom of the hill and don’t seem to come past door number 21 on the right-hand side as you walk up the street. It’s getting particularly bad outside number 5. I’ve been out a couple of times to weed from number 19 to 11 but I have a full time job and two kids so it’s hard to make time to do this regularly. Plus I believe this is supposed to be done by the council every six weeks. Thanks
