This caravan has been parked near jct of Chapel close Luton since Friday. Apparently you can only park an unattached caravan for 24 hours unless permission has been given. This caravan is dirty and in a bad state of repair also no reg . There are single lines here as next to school. This is causing congestion and issues with cars at school times.
