Inconsiderate parking, antisocial neighbour.

This has been an on going problem for the last 2/3 years, our neighbour own multiple vehicles and is constantly getting rid and getting new ones, uses other people parking spaces without consent, blaring music all hours of the day and plays round abouts moving the cars/vans around at stupid times at night, we have young children and they have been disturbed multiple times by this neighbour, tried talking to him and no change. Starting to get fed up and constantly sat here wondering what will be next. Please help.

  • Have since installed a couple.of cameras on the outside of the house and they seem to have calmed down with the parking in silly places and amount of vehicles at the property.
