Dble yellow parking hostspot remains unaddressed

That entire north side stretch of Dumbarton Rd, to the lights at Crow Rd is always full of vehicles parked on dble yellows. I have reported it a few times over the years but the practice continues unabated.

If the issue is the condition of the dble yellow lines renders it unenforceable, please arrange for those lines to be repainted, than enforce. It has gone on for way too long already.

P.S. I have seen traffic wardens in the area before, but they ignored this stretch.
