No parking outside resident home

There has been a cycle lane outside this property for over 10years and residents have no complaints till recently. These two properties and the disabled resident rely on being able to park outside their homes to be able to leave their house and for loading/unloading, otherwise they would be housebound as there is no other local parking within walking distance. Either disabled bays need to be painted here or the this stretch of the cycle lane needs to be removed.
