Traffic light timing completely wrong causing major congestion

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8231665.

The traffic lights stop the main commuter flow for much longer than the side road. After lights traffic moves freely and beverley road nearly empty with only ~10 vehicles at next major city centre lights (3 lanes), up to these lights the main commuter flow is standing/gridlocked .
