Road Resurfacing needed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8231062.

Particularly bad spot underneath the trees where the road surface has deteriorated pretty badly and potholes starting to form. Needs a resurfacing. You can see tons of patchwork from prior months however its pretty much back to how it used to be
