Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8231014.

House at 16 Well Hill Close has an unclosable front door and holes in the window frames. Parts of the gutter are falling off and are liable to hit someone. There are rotten timbers. Visible damp inside. It is privately rented by the tenant and appears to be unsafe to live in.
