Blocked drain fully outside number 10, that is a hazard. This drain continuously floods and will be a danger to life when it freezes in the coming month(s). This needs to be addressed urgently. This particular gully and the one further up the hill (part of the same drainage network) have been reported numerous times over the past 4 months but nothing has happened to address this, only a generic response email has been sent that it will be dealt with within the next 4 quarters.
