Brambles and nettles severely restricting footpath, no reasonable passagee

After the style from Foxholes heading East to the next field at Lartons Mill, brambles and nettles have taken over the footpath, AL12. It is not possible to pass through without tearing clothes or skin and suffereing nettle stings.
