When this chicane was installed Norfolk County Council in it’s safety audit of the site told residents that it would be maintained for safety reasons. I don’t believe any cutting of bushes or street cleaning by a road sweeper has even been done. You can see this from the amount of debris in the area and the bushes which now obstruct your view of oncoming traffic…
