Public footpath adjacent to the rear of 52 Magnolia Dene

Reported via desktop in the Denial of access category anonymously at 13:10, Sunday 28 September 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8224071.

52 Magnolia Dene has a building to the rear of the property that has a black rainwater pipe approx 3M off the ground, obscured by trees in the property that discharges rainwater directly onto the public footpath. This discharge is sufficient during rainfall for walkers to have to take evasive action to walk around it which, for anyone with a wheelchair or pushchair would be difficult. The discharge is of such magnitude that it is commencing the erosion of the footpath leaving loose flints thus endangering pedestrians.
