Cars Regularly Blocking the Pavement

The congregation for this 'new' church are regularly creating a problem with cars parked on the pavement, this has grown steadily worse over the past month. The photo gives you an idea, but there are more cars in front and many more behind, parked on the pavement and grass verge. It's a case of 'parking wherever I like'. All-too common these days. They've basically turned the pavement into a car park. It's bad enough having huge Transit vans parked there from the Post Office, this has made it even worse - it's out of hand, now. Is it possible for you to speak to them about this please? Thank you.
