Thurlow Park Road SE21 a few yards from Avenue Park Road junction on the none house number 12 side ie the wooden hoarding side is a green plastic Lambeth road sweeper’s bag bin which is graffiti tagged – picture attached – please forward fixmystreet.com link to your contractor. I recognise Thurlow Park Road comes under Transport for London (TfL) but under the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) Lambeth is still responsible for general street litter / rubbish = Lambeth bin = Lambeth property = Lambeth graffiti to clean. (NB You do not remove graffiti from hoardings – this report is re Lambeth’s street sweeper’s bin being graffiti tagged.)
