Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8222744.

Lots of debris and litter on roundabout, on its islands and on the road. a large carpet is on the road, there is also abandoned sandbags and roadworks debris. needs a proper clean up
