Blocks the entrance onto the crescent

As you come up Totteridge Road to turn into the crescent this trailer has been abandoned on your side of the road so you have to pull into the oncoming traffic to get around it. It creates a huge blind spot and how there has not been a crash caused by this I do not know. The double yellow lines need to be extended but will contact my cllr for that
