No 1. issue being the deposit of commercial waste bags on the pavements at will ie not within their allotted pick-up slot (10-11am CRC2), not taken back indoors if slot missed, not kept right next to business premises (hey, that would be unsightly for their customers, and inconvenient for the waste disposal operatives...). And, waste left out overnight if a business opens late and closes late ie shut between 10-11am.

When is someone in NRS management going to finally acknowledge this is a city-wide issue and pro-actively do something about it - like carrying out periodic inspection of hotspots like this, and don't sit back and leave it to the paying public, as per.
