Broken rails and wobbly posts

The rails and posts have been deteriorating for some years on this high path adjacent to A4095 but now there is a safety issue as the drop on to the main road is steep and may cause serious injury if a pedestrian should fall through. The photo shows one rail broken by a fallen branch but if the rail had been in good repair it would probably have held.
