Half mast flags

Sent to Darlington Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8220914.

There is a bunch of flags posted on the lamp posts at half mast. I would suggest they either be removed or at the very least moved to the top of the light posts as it feels like we have been in mourning for the last month or so.

They are at that hight so that they dont obstruct any lighting
