Delay in pedestrian crossing light

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8219948.

The traffic light to go into Burney drive fro. Newport road has issue with pedestrian crossing. When pressing the pedestrian/cycling button it doesn't give response to allow pedestrian crossing in due time. It will let cars traffic light going on for more than 3/5 from the same side before turning green for pedestrian. It's a main road that has a lot of user including children going to and from school. Needs addressing as urgent as may pose danger to those walking since it doesn't work regularly as it should.
