Lots of loose clippings on junction

Sent to Norfolk County Council and Norwich City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8219038.

The road had new clippings laid a while ago but the road has not been swept leaving excess loose chipping where the Ipswich road joins Broadhurst Road, a motor cyclist very nearly fell off while turning this morning.
