Workmen left latge plastic fencing

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8215280.

It is right accross the pavement the wind keeps draggindpg it down when we try to stand it up…..the pavement all looks much better apart from the worst area outside no 67/69 empress drive ….how did you manage to do the rest only leaving the worst area.
