I strongly object to the Union flags on Lockswood Road roundabout with the junction of Peter’s Road. I am a patriot however the display of flags for a jingoistic, nationalistic and divisive reason are offensive. They are becoming sinister and unwelcoming to those from ethnic minority communities. They are also having a negative effect on property prices and are chavvy. I would like them removed as soon as possible please.
