Large manhole cover completely come out animals can fall down or people can fall down

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8214687.

A large manhole cover which has previously been cornered off has completely collapsed and animals and people can fall down its a big hole of nearly a metre. It was previously fenced off however the plastic fencing has collapsed and it is completely accessible now by people so can fall down or cats foxes etc
