Parking on junctions and bus stop

Continual parking on and over the junctions around the cenotaph and on the hill as well as in the bus stop. Causing major visibility issues often meaning you have to be half way on the road before you can see if there is any on coming traffic, often resulting in near misses. The parking is getting worse and you can't get out of nay junction with clear visibility now. When the bus comes it can't get in and has to block one of the roads.
