Unpermitted roadworks problem

I want you to see the way the utility company has left my pavement and road from their intervention last week.
Picture one shows the rubble across the road surface.
Picture two shows the poor standard or workmanship to fix the pavement after pulling up the paving stones; uneven and higgledy piggledy to put it mildly.
Picture three shoes the inadequate tarmac surface they installed, with cracks already appearing.

Also, we had zero notice of the work, so my car was parked next to their motorised contraption/digger/scraper and ended up with scratched paintwork.
