Light timings on crossing skip (seems only around 8.30)

Every morning if we cross around 8.25-8.30 walking from Douglas Road towards Lidl (the crossing where cars go down Stocklake) the lights skip our turn. We were waiting for almost 10mins this morning making us and others very close to being late for school. It seems to only skip this turn in the mornings. I can see others have reported this too however it appears no action has been taken. Can this please be prioritised as it’s getting worse - it skipped our turn twice today!

    The team will carry out an inspection and order a repair if required, this can take up to 10 working days
