Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8210825.
Looks like someone has hit this bollard and ripped it out the ground.

What's the latest update with this, the pavement hasn't been fixed and the temporary yellow bollard keeps falling over and blocking the pavement and residential driveways.

Bollard keeps getting blown in the wind, again blocking driveways, please provide alternative methods or get the issue resolved by fixed the pavement..
