60 ft Hedge

Neighbours trees and bushes very close to our bottom garden fence! Covers the entire width of the garden! At least 60 ft high. 20 ft deep! Like a huge hedge!!! Blocks out the daylight!
Needs cutting down to the legal height of 12ft.
Been ongoing problem since moving into our property 13 years ago!
But neighbours refuse to do this!
