Graffiti everywhere

In the last three months a huge amount of graffiti has appeared all along the District line between Richmond and Earls Court. It obviously involves both trespass and vandalism plus indicates that those carrying this out have been on the tracks and are also vandalising people's private houses and property. It is ugly and costs every council money to remove. Please ensure that these people are dealt with by the law and stopped from vandalising transport and local property such as ancient walls and security lights and cameras and private houses.
