Large potholes at Sandy Rd bus stop (again)

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8206662.
NOTE: Those are historic photos. The current, underlying issue however remains the same.
Currently a total mess again with one pothole 3ft in diameter > fills with water > 'clever' continental design open-plan bus shelter... I wonder what happens next? This is Glasgow, not Benidorm.
This is a very busy bus stop - Sandy Rd nursery, health centre, nearest bus stop to Crow Rd shopping centre etc. A lot of buses use Dumbarton Rd, and this is a key stop - emphasis on stop (it's what buses do, if you are lucky).
As the 2023/4 photos show, the road at this stop has always been problematic, and has had temporary and full road re-surfacing over the last few years at least.
Clearly whatever you are doing is a recurring fail. So, when is someone going to spec a lasting repair ie devise a much more robust foundation to the always failing tarmac? Thus save taxpayers some money.
Please don't blame the buses (again) - they've been around since 1928... and I bet there are still stone cobbles under there that have outlasted endless council administrations / policies.
And finally, please refer to the alleged 'hierarchy of travel'.

Someone has infilled half the huge hole with about 3" of cold tar and coned off the road (3 cones) which means buses must now stop on top of a drain which is now full of compacted road debris. Duh.
When the job will be complete is anyone's guess. Guaranteed through all the debris won't be removed nor the drain cleared.
And, whether a 'temporary' fix or not, it remains insufficient. Do it once, do it right.
