Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8202522.

SORN vehicles being fixed using public parking spaces. Oil stains all over public spaces and footpath, and rubbish left in public spaces. The street has turned into a garage since new neighbour has moved in, the road is full of cars blocking people's driveways. Very inconsiderate people
