Pedestrian Crossing not halting traffic

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8200901.

Right hand button of crossing doesn't work at all, the left hand one does but road traffic doesn't get stopped and means you have to wait for a gap in the traffic. The other half of the crossing from midway point to opposite pavement usually works in sync but its been seemingly out of order for a while. Please check.
