Bushes not trimmed back.

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8198546.

This resident has not cut their bushes back. They are intruding on the pavement, making people having to walk on the grassed area. I reported once before and it was cut a little. But it is now worse than before.
