Ditch needs digging out

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8198471.

Water from the north side of Sway Road should go south under Sway Road, down this ditch then under Ramley Road to connect with the “winter bourne” which flows east, behind my house, then on towards Jimmy Bays, The ditch is prone to being blocked by a weed, and in past years after serious flooding it was cleared out by Highways. Time for another clear out. I’ve seen the Wheel Inn completely surrounded by water after road drainage failure in the past!
