Parked on pavement and I had to go on the road with my baby in the pram to get past completely blocking access parked on the road

Sadly this is now normal. Pavements are now publicly funded private car parks. The council will not read this message. You need to write to your councillors directly and our less than useful MP and demand action. Thanks for trying.
