The overhanging shrubery prevents use of pavement by predestians. In wet weather it is impossible for wheelchair and pram users and muddy for everyone else. The neighbours have cut back their hedge (thank you) but the corner is still causing a problem.

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
