Overgrown tree

The tree out 32 icknield roads is over grown, birds dropping all the time. Has ruined the paint on my car.Parking space is lost ans when anyone parks it is reluctantly. It even covers my drive, so the car in my drive is also affected by the tree. It’s been over 6 years since I’ve moved here and the tree hasn’t been cut or trimmed. It’s starting to nearly touch my windows, that’s how big it is
