Lalas have become a severe problem for us residents of Daleside Road and surrounding areas. They block Morrisons daily car park. Park on double yellows and now all over the pavements where I have seen a lady with a pushchair having to walk on the road as she could not walk on the pavement. This has been going on for years and something needs to be done about this!!!
