Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 81920.

There appears to be a river of water running out of the grass bank by the flats. It is flowing quite fast down Kingsway and across Wadesmill Road. It looks like a broken water main.
