Blocked drainage at Dolphin way entrance

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8191330.

Drains are blocked at entrance to dolphin way. This seems to be due to cement dust and construction debris from works in area. This will cause the road to flood and must be sorted. It has already come close to affecting local housing near my Mother in laws location.
