Dangerous speed bump

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8190001.

This speed bump has recently been installed on the road into sainburys. It is far too high and damages cars.

It has been moved and slightly lowered. Still seems a bit dangerous
